With an Associate Degree in Information Technology from ITT Technical College and a passion sparked by his early interest in video gaming and coding, Kyle has developed a reputation for being a responsive and resourceful problem solver.

In his current role, Kyle handles diverse responsibilities, including troubleshooting technical issues, setting up hardware, providing on-site support, and managing client concerns from start to finish. His hands-on approach and commitment to keeping clients informed reflect his dedication to delivering exceptional service. Kyle’s favorite tech tool, Synchro, streamlines his workflow, enabling him to provide seamless remote support and tackle challenges efficiently.

Kyle’s standout career achievements include leading the successful IT transition for a client moving to a new building—a testament to his leadership and organizational skills. His approach to problem-solving, rooted in simplicity and persistence, ensures even the most complex issues are resolved with care.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys attending concerts (with Slipknot as a personal favorite), supporting local bands, and indulging in PC gaming. He also helps his girlfriend run her small business, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit.

Driven by a vision of IT’s evolving role in combating cybersecurity threats, Kyle stays updated on industry trends through podcasts and hands-on learning. His guiding principles of clear communication, positivity, and customer-first service continue to make him an indispensable part of the SimplifyIT A-Z team.
